The Bently Nob Hill

Bently Nob Hill represents the finest luxury apartment experience San Francisco has to offer: from the building's exquisite marble-finished formal entryway to the period craftsmanship and character of our apartments, there is no finer place in Nob Hill to call home. Designed by William E. Schirmer, an architect famous for his free-flowing and light-filled spaces, the building itself is an important part of San Francisco's history.

Built in the 1924, this building is one of the most pictorial in all of Nob Hill. A simple pavilion in shape, Bently Nob Hill features a facade that is elaborated by ornamental details, arched windows, and decorative friezes. Known for his superb care for detail, Schirmer designed the building's atrium as a lavish example of spectacular Moorish architecture and organically-lit space: finely carved granite, an intricate wrought-iron chandelier, and fine italian marble floor blend together under natural light for a delightful first impression of the building's interior.

Inside, apartments have been retrofitted to include modern luxuries and retain their original style. Spaces in Bently Nob Hill feature graceful curves, arched entryways, detailed paneling, and period-style lighting and tiling. The craftsmanship of the architect, use of natural light, and free-flowing floor plans give these apartments a truly uncommon grace.

Every apartment features ample natural light, marvelous views of our City, and luxuriously detail design. Both our one and two bedroom units are highlighted by private baths, hardwood floors, large walk-in closets, decorative art deco fireplaces, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances.
